Information about the venue of the conference and accommodation of participants
All meetings of the conference will be held in the assembly hall of the main building of Vladimir State University at the address: Vladimir, 87 Gorky Str., 2nd floor.
Accommodation for conference participants is provided in the hotels of Vladimir and in the hostel of VlSU.
- Hotel AMAKS Golden Ring. Detailed information about the options and cost of accommodation: https://vladimir.amaks-hotels.ru/. For invited speakers who have confirmed their participation, rooms are booked by the organizing committee. The remaining participants reserve their own accommodation. Registered participants are provided with a discount on payment for accommodation with a special promotional code (follow the newsletters from the organizing committee).
- Hotel “Zarya”. Detailed information on options and cost of accommodation: http://hotelzarya33.ru/. Participants who wish to stay at the Zarya Hotel reserve their own accommodation.
- Hostel of Vladimir State University. For young participants who informed the organizing committee about the need for accommodation in a hostel, places in block-type buildings will be provided. Estimated cost – 360 RUB / day for 1 person. Detailed information is being specified. We ask the young participants who have booked accommodation to communicate their wishes to the organizing committee (org.iwqo.su@gmail.com) in the near future.
