The full-text papers prepared under materials of the reports recommended by the Program Committee will be published in a special issue of the journal “Izvestiya RAN. Physical Series” (translated version Bulletin RAS: Physics is indexed by Scopus) in No. 3, Volume 84, 2020.
2-page papers in English will be published in EPJ Web of Conferences (indexed in Web of Science) in 2019.
